Shipping, Return and Refund, Payment

Shipping policy

Items listed in Shop are ready for dispatch pan-India unless indicated as out of stock. The standard dispatch time is approximately 3 – 5 business days; please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days. All items levy a shipping cost of 75 rupees. The list price is inclusive of taxes.

Once orders have been processed and shipped, they can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. We email you these details along with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Our delivery partners attempt to deliver a package thrice after which the package is returned to us as a failed delivery. To avoid any cases of a failed delivery, we ask that you please provide a complete and accurate shipping address including a zip code and phone number. We are excited to deliver your gifts to you quickly and without any extra charges!

Return and refund policy

Returns and refunds are processed if

1) the wrong item is delivered to you

2) the item has been damaged in transit

3) the item has a defect

 

Please note that we place special emphasis on the beauty of our handicrafts as a result of the time, passion and effort gone into creating them. Since our products are handmade by non-artist low-income individuals, we consciously choose to maintain the artist's touch and uniqueness of each piece. Minor colour and design variations are therefore not considered a defect. Please be assured that we follow strict quality control so that we are gifting you something meaningful, special, and of quality!

 

There may be variation from the photographs on our website. Colour representation can also differ on different screens and browsers. We aim to showcase all our items accurately.

Please note that we do not offer refunds if

1) the product is delivered in perfect condition

2) the customer has provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address

3) there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our delivery partners

4) if the package is refused by the recipient

We'd love to assist you in case of any problems. For issues and concerns, please write to us at "Contact" within 48 hours of receiving the product. Make sure to include the following in your message: item ordered, date of transaction, delivery address, description of the defect / damage, and we will get back to you within 2 working days of receiving your request.

For returns:

1) maintain the original packaging of the item to be returned

2) make sure that the item is packed securely to prevent any additional damage during transit

3) your request for a refund will be processed after we receive your return. Banks take approximately 7-10 business days to process the transaction once initiated from our end

Cancellation Request

We do not typically offer cancellations on paid and confirmed orders, and we review cancellations on a case-to-case basis. If a cancellation is unavoidable, we ask that you make a request within 24 hours of placing the order. The earlier the better since our orders are shipped out in under 24 hours!

Payment policy

Payments are accepted through the Razorpay gateway as below. We do not currently offer cash on delivery. UPI/net banking/credit cards/debit cards are all accepted.
